Q. Shipping 

• DÉEMAIN will be shipped by post office courier. 

 • Once the order and payment are completed, it will take at least 1-12 business days, depending on the availability of the product. (However, there may be a difference between the shipping date and the delivery completion date due to the circumstances of the delivery company during all periods. Excluding weekends and holidays) 

 • For personalized and custom-made products, some "products" may have a slight delay in delivery. Please note that personalized handbags and small leather goods may be delayed for up to 8 to 13 weeks.

Q. Product management

DÉEMAIN leather products gradually soften their silhouette as they are used, giving them a natural patina effect. Like the natural marks, wrinkles, and blood vessels of the material, these changes are a natural result, and are the characteristics that prove the uniqueness and authenticity of DÉEMAIN products. In order to keep the shape of the product, it is not recommended to store too many belongings. When the product is not in use, put it in the felt bag that came with the purchase and put it in a well-ventilated place. Keep the material inside the box as it may dry out. 

- To clean canvas or nylon, use a soft cloth dampened in mild soapy water. 

Please avoid contact with the leather part at this time. Never use solvents (solvents). 

-Please be careful not to come in contact with hand cream, hand sanitizer, makeup products and perfume.

Any stains left on the leather don't need to be washed before the patina. Leave it on until the stain darkens, and it fades naturally with the color of the leather. 

 Using chemicals, the quality and natural density of the leather may decrease as the leather becomes more usable. 

"Strictly selected calfskin and cowhide leather. DÉEMAIN selects only the finest leather that meets quality standards. The original characteristics of the leather, such as vein marks and wrinkles, may remain. Using a commercially available cleaning agent, carefully selected The quality of the leather may deteriorate. Oil, cosmetics, perfume, cream, and cleaning agents may damage the natural beauty of the leather and shorten its lifespan. Wipe surface stains with a soft cloth moistened with water.

DÉEMAIN leather jewelery is made of brass with a gold or silver finish and is durable and beautiful. Although sturdy, special care must be taken when handling jewelry to maintain its original function and appearance as much as possible. It is not recommended to use perfume, hairspray, or lotion after wearing the jewelry. Repeated contact with chemicals can make the material cloudy or prone to oxidation. Be careful not to bathe, clean, or do strenuous exercise while wearing jewelry. It is not recommended to wear jewelry in areas with high humidity and salt (beach, sauna, swimming pool) as brass material may discolor faster than usual. To reduce surface scratches, take care to avoid contact with rough surfaces as much as possible. Wearing only one piece of jewelery for a long time can speed up the damage to the material, so it is recommended to wear multiple pieces of jewelery alternately.
